Luximex UA is a member of the Prykarpattia Industrial Cluster. We support sports and community initiatives in Kalush and the region and take part in developing local business.
People and resources for the economy
For industry, staffing today is not only about finding workers. It is about training specialists, onboarding new staff, developing skills and aligning education with the real needs of production.
The fourth block of KALUSH EXPO® 2026 was “Human Capital”, with a discussion on “People and resources for the economy”. Participants discussed how to:
- bring graduates of universities, colleges and vocational schools into production
- close the gap between education and employers’ needs
- adapt workplaces for veterans
- attract women to technical and engineering professions
- build a talent pool for the growth of industrial companies
Luximex UA took part in KALUSH EXPO 2026, presenting its sewage treatment plants and wood-fired hot tubs in the exhibition area.
KALUSH EXPO: products on the expo floor
At KALUSH EXPO, Luximex UA — a member of the Prykarpattia Industrial Cluster — presented its fibreglass products: biological treatment plants with up to 98 % treatment efficiency and modern drinking water tanks.
Small business as a driver of cluster development
Roman Lapka, the company's director, spoke on the KALUSH EXPO panel on cross-sectoral cluster development and regional smart specialisation. Luximex UA is an example of how a small manufacturer becomes part of regional industrial development.
Dombrovskyi MTB cross-country race
An amateur bike race at the Dombrovskyi quarry in Kalush, held for the city's anniversary with a charitable purpose. This year a children's course was added for the first time.
Regional arm wrestling championship
Kalush hosted the first Ivano-Frankivsk regional arm wrestling championship. The event promotes the sport and encourages young people into an active lifestyle — around 100 athletes took part.
